Chad Tollefson has been working within the Upper Peninsula Logging Industry for more than 20 years and has gained an intense experience in timber harvesting. He started his career at the age of 15 years old. Honing his skills while working his way up through various industry positions, he became proficient with a vast amount of knowledge in all aspects of a logging operation. He then decided to start his own company in 2008 and has since never looked back.

Chad Tollefson Logging is based out of L’Anse MI, in Baraga County, right at the base of the Keweenaw Peninsula. This location gives his logging company many distinct advantages over other Michigan Logging Companies as logging throughout the Upper Peninsula is quite the task with it’s rugged terrain and four seasons of inclement weather.
